Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Sign in, open Settings, click Manage billing, then Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing week.
- I never got my magic-link sign-in email.
- Check your spam folder. The email subject is “Sign in to Coach”; links expire after one hour. If you don't see it, wait 60 seconds and try again from Sign in. Email contact@materacapital.com if it persists.
- My report is stuck on the progress page.
- Coach has an automatic recovery sweep that re-fires stuck reports every minute. Wait 2–3 minutes; if the report doesn't complete, the page will show a retry button. Email us if it never recovers.
- Can I delete my account and all my data?
- Yes. Sign in, open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, click Delete account. Cancels any subscription, deletes your auth record, anonymises past reports.
